PAINTING WORK

From February 1st to March 16th, 2026, the exterior windows on the Garden Side will be painted. Scaffolding will be erected outside the windows of the budget singles, basic singles, singles, budget doubles, standard doubles, and triple rooms. Work will take place Monday through Friday – excluding weekends. Prices have been REDUCED during the work to compensate for any inconvenience.

The hotel does not have its own parking facilities. Paid public parking is available on the street. Payment is required 24 hours a day.

This is an absolute prime location in Amsterdam: right on the Prinsengracht canal and not far from the Amstel River. A hotel couldn't be more centrally located. Housed in two 17th-century canal houses, the Prinsengracht Hotel offers 34 comfortable rooms. All rooms have a view of the canal or the beautiful courtyard. Although the hotel is located in the heart of the historic city center, you'll find an oasis of tranquility here.

Amsterdam's canal district has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since August 2010. This international recognition of the unique character of this part of the historic city center, and Hotel Prinsengracht is right in the heart of it! Nearby, you'll find unique attractions and museums, many of which you can purchase tickets for at the hotel. Nearby tips: From the Prinsengracht Hotel, you can literally go in any direction, and you're guaranteed to find a museum, theater, or other cultural hotspot. Heading towards the Amstel River, you can choose from the Hermitage Amsterdam and the Royal Theatre Carré. Towards Leidseplein, you'll find the DeLaMar Theater, Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam, pop venue Paradiso, and the Melkweg music venue, among others.
