Cancellation policy

When a hotel room reservation, with or without breakfast, has been made for one or more persons, the following applies to the cancellation of that reservation:

If booked with a Prepay & Non-Refundable ratecode the reservation must be paid immediately and will remain Non-refundable in case of change, cancellation or No Show.

The cardholder and creditcard must be present upon check-in.

If booked with a Flexible ratecode

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Please note a date starts at Midnight so this is up to 23:59 O'clock 3 days before your check-in date.
