You can rent beautiful city bikes from us and of course you will receive a map of Amsterdam!

Late check-out

Want to sleep in? A late checkout is the perfect option!

Late checkout is available for a €30.00 surcharge. You can then access your room until 1:30 PM. Late checkout is only available one day before your scheduled checkout.

Forgotten items

If you have forgotten something in our hotel, you can of course contact us.

How does this work?

Please send an email to info@prinsengrachthotel.nl with a full description of the lost item. We will notify you if it has been found.

If this is the case, there are two ways to get the properties back.

1. You can collect the belongings yourself at our reception.

2. You will have the items shipped by mail. This must be done through PostNL's online shipping service (www.onlineverzendservice.nl). This website explains exactly how everything works. The Prinsengracht Hotel accepts no liability whatsoever for the shipping of the goods.

All found items will be kept for one month.
